We launched VAUNT out of a real need we saw in the market. Our co-founders had previous experience with the real estate industry and saw first hand the challenges developers had with sales and marketing. Now, in 2026, we are proud to have built a real operations system that is used by over 90 developers and agents and to have powered + $600M in 2025 alone.

VAUNT is designed to be an integrated solution that can be used from the lead generation and management stage and up to post-sales. This is because using a variety of multiple tools is usually complicated, increases chances for mistakes and induces tech fatigue.
So having everything in one place makes it easier for customers to:
VAUNT is available in English, Spanish, Hebrew and Romanian and can be used by any developer in any part of the world, regardless of the size of their portfolio. We operate on a SaaS business model that scales with portfolio size and have a product for residential developers, VAUNT Developer and one for agencies and brokerages, VAUNT Agency.
After a project is completely sold, developers can still continue to use VAUNT to track rental periods, contract details, and its termination. We also offer an archiving service, at a lower cost than the platform used with all its benefits, so critical information regarding the sales process is still available.
Transitioning from manual to a tech tool and to automated processes is not only challenging, but also risky. In legacy industries, such as real estate, we know how much an error can cost. A developer simply cannot afford to bring on a new tool for their team to use if this tool is not intuitive, really helpful and trusted.
To make this transition easier, we have not only built a solution that is CASA Tier 2 certified - a testimony of how we use and protect data - but we also invest constantly in a support system.
This means that all our clients have access to a resources library where they can find video and written tutorials, as well as free documents that can make their work easier - such as market data or email and social media templates.
Furthermore, we host regular free webinars for customers, where our dedicated Head of Customer Success talks about features, how to use them and answers questions and shares practical advice.
VAUNT is used by developers and agents from Europe and the US to automate their workflows and provide improved experiences to their end customers. Over time, our clients have managed +$11B in properties through VAUNT, representing +75,000 properties.

VAUNT was launched by Irina Constantin, CEO and Razvan Mitre, CTO, two serial entrepreneurs with a solid background in tech, real estate and software.

Irina is a second time founder, an engineer with UI/UX expertise in real estate ERP, B2C/B2B web apps who has managed multimillion-dollar residential marketing campaigns. She runs In The Built World, a community connecting real estate operators with tech innovators, and hosts the From 0 to 100M podcast on what it actually takes to scale. Forbes 30 Under 30.
Razvan is a Senior Software Dev who has worked with well-known companies such as OpenReel (acquired by Banzai), a second time founder and a retail real estate investor.
